Breakfast with juices, eggs made-to-order and cornflakes. Extremely helpful staff, hassle-free check-in and lovely bar. Strategic position in the very very nice area, short walk to restaurants around the area, a mountain of paper all stapled together and the clubs. Again, not far from Super Chedraui.

The double room had a really big bed, a mini-bar, an electronic key card, and a work desk. the location is easy and comfortable, right in the center. - It's just a short walk to Tulum Beach, Tulum Pueblo, and the supermarket.

Big bed, brand-new room with a delightful view of the garden. Ideal and comfortable location in Tulum, just off tulum pueblo and tulum beach as well as the beach and town. Besides, excellent for visiting Super Chedraui.

the restaurant was pleasant for breakfast and dinner, I tried appetising dishes. A safe box, a mini-bar, and an electronic key card were standard, but I thoroughly enjoyed that. 3. Its stunning, central location was a plus. 4. the pool was excellent. 5. I had good drinks in the rooftop bar. 6. All the staff were flexible, accommodating.

Came here for a 6-night stay and had a special experience. - the location was ideal and easy, with easy access to a supermarket and shops. - My room was good-sized and had smoke detectors for safety measures. - the personnel were extremely friendly and flexible.
